  • You must be 18 years or over to order from this site 
  • Your privacy is respected and any information collected from you is only for the purpose of paying for and sending the order, your details will not be passed on to anyone else
  • By placing an order on this website you are bound to its terms and conditions 
  • Prices are in GB pounds sterling please be aware of current exchange rates
  • Payment is to be made immediately through Paypals secure payment facility
  • If you do not wish to use Paypal then you must use the contact form to order.
  • Items will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
  • Under EU Distance selling regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period in which to cancel your order with full refund except for custom orders
  • You will receive an email about your order and one for a despatch date please ensure you check your spam filter and add me to your safe list

 

POSTING AND DELIVERY

 

  • Postage costs can be found on the delivery page.
  • Postage includes the price of packaging unless special gift wrapping is required
  • Orders are sent Royal mail 1st class standard
  • There is an option to buy recorded delivery seperately for tacking and signiture on arrival in the UK, not available for overseas orders
  • Delivery times are estimated, allow extra time for bank holidays and busy periods
  • Very bulky or heavy items may require extra postage this will be clearly stated and added to the cost of the item before you add to the cart 
  • Overseas customers are responsible for any and all duties,taxes and custom charges that may be incurred

 

RETURNS

 

  • If you are not happy you must contact me first before returning the item
  • I will arrange refund when item is received
  • Customer is responsible for return postage payment and proof of posting
  • Item must be returned in original condition and packaging with labels intact
  • Earrings are non returnable
