A: Use the shop menu on the right. When you see something you like click on it and a more detailed page will open. Here you can click on the picture to see a larger photo, read detailed information and it may include a drop down list to select colour preference or size. Just press the "add to cart" button then you can then either continue shopping or go to the checkout.
You will then be transferred to Paypal’s secure payment site where postage will be added. Prices are in Uk pounds sterling, please be aware of the current exchange rate. If you really dont want to use paypal I will accept cheques and postal orders. Please use the
contact form to email your order giving as much detail as possible and I will send you further instructions. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared

or regular account payments all through PayPal.
PayPal is reliable and secure as it automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you really dont want to use paypal I will accept cheques and postal orders. Q: When will my lovely stuff arrive?
A: When your payment is cleared I will send you an email with the details of your order and a despatch date. I do have a day job so can’t always post your items immediately but will do my best to get them to you as soon as poss. Standard delivery is illustrated in the table above but please allow 3-4 days, and 5-7 days for overseas orders, and longer over bank holidays, sales and busy periods. If your item has not arrived within 7 days in the UK or 3 weeks international, then please let me know with the contact form.
If you require the added security of recorded delivery for larger or more expensive items you can purchase this in the shop and it will be added to the cart. This will allow the item to be tracked in the Uk and will require a signiture on arrival.
Please note tracking and signed for is not available for overseas orders.
A: Please e-mail me or use the
contact form if you are not happy with your purchase so we can arrange a return or exchange. Refunds will be paid to the card from which the purchases were made and may incur a fee from paypal. Items should be returned in original, unused and saleable condition with labels intact within 7 days of receipt. Full refund will be given but return postage is at the customers expense
